I traded my car in for a bike last summer and have been riding my bike to and from work ever since. I was lucky enough to find a route with sidewalk and/or bike lane coverage 80% of the way, which is unfortunately the best you could hope for in Florida. It's too bad that most cities in the states are just about solely catered to car commuters. Maybe one day we'll be as bicycle friendly as Denmark, until then I'll just enjoy looking for ways to stay stylish while I ride!
What I love most about the internet is being able to witness creativity and genius from people all over the world. For example, this weather site.
It is so unique and accurate. I just adore it! The pictures change according to your weather and as long as you live in a big city you can get a two day forecast and temperature reading. Oh and back to loving the web, if it weren't for twitter I would have never heard about this fantastic little project! Thanks Nidhi!

My best friend/maid of honor, Angela (who is also planning her own wedding), was in town this weekend. She showed me the bridesmaids dresses she picked out for her wedding and had me try one on. They were beautiful, simple, stylish and definetly re-wearable (she has great taste)! Her wedding is February 2010, and she already has her church, reception site, save-the-dates, gown and bridesmaids dress all done! I am feeling very far behind, Tim and I set our date for November 7th 2009 and I've got nothing! We are so focused on other goals and life objectives, that I am having a hard time focusing and commiting time and money to any wedding related things. Ang said, once I make the first big decision it will get easier. So I'm doing it, or at least I'm going to try! I did a little inspiration hunting online today and I found some great stuff. Here is board of my favorite wedding finds today!

I heard this lovely brother-sister duo on NPR this morning and I am smitten. Their music is incredibly pure and charming, it just draws you in. I love the whole sibling thing too, it reminds me of my brothers. We're always singing and playing instruments together, it's one of our favorite things to do. I find it is so inspiring to see siblings create such beatiful music!
