Coffee Filter Garland

I stumbled upon this creative garland about a month ago..... It's made out of coffee filters and tissue paper and it looks enchanting. Pam Garrison {craft wonder woman} mirrored them from a similar garland she saw at Anthropologie a few years ago. Well done Pam! I love it.... this garland is perfect for all celebrations!
